Shipping:
We ship UPS, USPS Priority, Parcel Post or 1st Class mail depending on the weight of the products. We ship anywhere in the world! We try very hard to give you accurate shipping costs. Occasionally shipping is overcharged. In that event we'll refund the extra shipping charges back to your credit card or paypal account.

Returns:
If returning items purchased with the discount code for free shipping you will be charged a minimum of $5.00 for the return if your return puts your total purchase price under the $50.00 free shipping minimum.

Q. What type of payments do you take? TOP
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Please note that when you place your order your credit card or paypal account is charged immediately.

A. We will never sell, trade, or provide your email address or any personal information to outside parties. We guarentee all your information is kept confidential.
Q. How do you deal with returns? TOP
A. If for some reason your item is defective or was damaged in shipment please email us.
In the email please put what has happened, the order date and the order number. We will gladly replace the item for you.
All unused, unopened items in new, sellable condition, are accepted as returns within 30 days at your expense. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns.
Q. Is there sales tax? TOP
A. 6% sales tax is charged to all Colorado state
residents.
Q. How do you handle back orders or out-of-stock items? TOP
A. We do not backorder
items. However, if we are out of stock of any items your interested in please
email us. We will do our best
to reorder those particular items. Q. What if I need to Add-on or Cancel items on an order? TOP
A. Add-ons are not possible, a new order must be placed through
the cart. If you need to cancel an item from the order, please let us know
within 12 hours. We ship within 1 business day of receiving your order. We understand that this is sometimes necessary, however, by
letting us know early we will be able send only the items you need, and start
any process to update charges to your account.
Q. What are your shipping policies? TOP
A. We ship USPS & occasionally UPS if needed. We charge actual shipping charges via USPS. We do have a small order minimum shipping charge of $2.25 to cover shipping and delivery confirmation. We generally ship within 1 business day of receiving your order.
International shipping charges will apply to all purchases shipped out of the U.S. International packages will go via airmail letter post or global priority mail package size permitting.
We strongly recommend to our domestic customer that you purchase insurance to cover your order.
Occasionally the Post Office will lose or damage a shipment. Purchasing our insurance will to protect you from loss.
We will not be held responsible for shipments lost or damaged if you have chosen not to purchase insurance.
